    You have to get into the pre-boot menu and wipe the drive then reload the older firmware.

    An experienced tech can take this on and expect 3-4 hours for their first time. It gets easier with the more your do.

    Perform a stop test while the paper is under the cartridges. Inspect the image.

    I would swap cartridges one at a time to see if the issue changes.
    If no changes, swap the transfer belt.
    if no changes, I'd swap the density detect sensor. rc4-3728

    Are there any error codes?
