You have to get into the pre-boot menu and wipe the drive then reload the older firmware.
After performing the reset, you'll have to load the firmware.
Have you tried a factory reset and then upload the older firmware?
What does the usage page show?
Already checked the path. Nothing found.
The machine was working before with a 59. error. Repaired that issue, now it presents with the 13.B9 error.
It almost appears that the fuser pressure isn’t...
Update on this:
I replaced the fuser drive assembly without an issue. During testing, it now produces a 13.B9 error on every job from all trays. The paper feeds exactly 2" out of the fuser on every...
Hello,
Does anyone have one or two of these stapler/stacker units around? Working or for parts?
I'm in desperate need.
HP F2G72A
Thanks.

Does any tech in here happen to have an HP F2G72A 500-sheet stapler / stacker accessory for an HP M604/M605/M606 printer?
Looking to pick your brain if you've worked with them.
Thanks.

Hello techie's,
Hoping someone has experienced what I'm currently experiencing on a couple M680 machines.
I currently maintain 10 M680's for a client. Three recently experienced the 59.00.F0...
They power on and off with the switch.
The M607 has the screen you attached. The M608 has the touch screen.
Engine tests out of both.

Hello,
I have a customer that had their M607 and M608 printers go down this week with dead screens. I made repairs and still have dead screens.
Replaced the formatters, DC controllers, screens...
I haven't looked into this yet, but wondering if a non duplex M608 can be converted into a duplex M608dn printer?
Is it just a board swap?
My customer is tired of the manual duplex function and...
These new printers appear to be shipped with a specific code that knows when a non OEM is installed. I haven't seen it during initial install either.
I don't know if it can be changed with a full...
I'm seeing two options for this. I don't have this model in my office to try right now.
Try them both.
If they don't work, I would format the hard drive and update the firmware.
Option 1:

You have to replace the whole assembly.
That's the best and smartest route to take. You and the customer will be way ahead of the game.
The alignment video never worked for me. It's been a waste of...
An experienced tech can take this on and expect 3-4 hours for their first time. It gets easier with the more your do.
Here is what you need to replace. You can replace individual parts but in the end, this is the best option. I have done dozens of these. It's pain in the arse your first time.

It's crazy. I haven't seen the M632 series have skewing issues. Even if it did, there is an adjustment that can specifically adjust for it.
The HP tech sent me paperwork for adjusting the skew....
I have a contract client with 25 HP managed E60165 printers. All were installed between January and October. The 3 last installs all have a skew from all trays (1-5) where the right side drops...
It's in the service manual. I forgot the page right now.
You have to remove the cartridge tray and the ITB to get access to it.
Are there any error codes that can be visibly read from the service...
Perform a stop test while the paper is under the cartridges. Inspect the image.
I would swap cartridges one at a time to see if the issue changes.
If no changes, swap the transfer belt.
if no changes, I'd swap the density detect sensor. rc4-3728
Are there any error codes?
No paper or debris anywhere. I’ve already replaced the full assembly which has both motors.
Hello,
I'm working on an HP M806x that started with tray lift errors in 2 & 3, along with not recognizing trays 2 & 3. The event log showed error 60.00.02. It just had a grinding noise when trays...
