The sp modes you have mentioned are all under UCS so I don't understand what you mean.. kindly shed more light because all sp modes under UCS I have tried.. thanks
Even with Hdd disconnected I still get the same error
Tried formatting HDD, deleting ucs nothing even tried updating firmware and still giving me the same error "Processing failed "

Tried to format HDD, perfomed firmware update and clear address book still nothing..ucs settings clear still i can't access address book from the control panel
