if it followed the fuser module, then the issue is right there. i would rebuild that fuser module i know you said you replaced the pressure roll, so it may be the fuser roll bearings are seizing up...

The DADF is not seating down on the glass properly. You can press down on the DADF and feed a document to verify. Most likely you have a broken hinge mount or cracked DADF frame.
Drag in the duplex transport system can cause intermittent jams. The brass bushings and the drive shafts will need to be cleaned. Preferably, replace the brass bushings with ball bearing ones.
Did you print a color separation test? If your Cyan is light, you can increase its density by running its toner motor.
Replace the waste auger pipe. The seals over time comes unglued allowing waste toner to escape.
It would be helpful if you are including the fault codes, this will give us a chance to help you pinpoint the possible causes. That said, you could have a worn out actuator in the tray 2 feed out...
I know you replaced the sensors, but didn't specify which. Does the end wall home sensor change state in diagnostics? Does the end wall motor energizes? Retension the end wall motor drive belt. Check...
