I have a jp8500 copyprinter that has a doc feed type 85.DF thinks theres a jam but nothing there?checked switches,senors through service mode and seem to be fine could it be the board?:confused:

check that there is no paper stuck behind the draw?if not take paper draw out of machine and check that switch has not being knock out of place, this will be at the top if you get a torch and look...
