Hey Guys,

Yes I'm using the PPD package that I downloaded from the Ricoh website.
I believe one of the other tech's here has tried that, and I know this customer just wants to print and not have to perform extra steps at the mfd.
I have tried that. Set the cover sheet tray as bypass or another A3 tray which has a thicker paper in, it just ignores it.
We've tried printing with Adobe Acrobat, Chrome, Safari. The option is there for cover sheet, and to select printing from a different tray, but it decides to ignore that and prints the whole document...
Hi All
Has anyone had any success printing a booklet from a MAC where the cover sheet needs to be printed from a different tray?
I'm testing on an MP C4504ex which has a Postscript card...
It's more that the document they have created is a mixture colour pages and some with black only, but with a large coverage on the page. The black pages are created from CMY and they don't really...
Well it appears to me that if I choose colour when printing a pdf for example, that is made of of some colour pages and some black only pages, it will print all pages using CMY, and not print the...
Hey all
I've recently come back to Ricoh after working as a Canon tech (my bad).
Does anyone know if any Ricoh print drivers have an auto colour select option, instead of only being able to...
One of our customers is having an issue with mixed sized print jobs through uniflow. It'll print A4, then A3, but when it goes back to A4 again it asks to select the correct tray as it wants to print...
I know I had success on one machine replace the fixing drive gears. It comes as a unit and I believe you need to get into the back of the machine to remove the whole thing. But you can just take the...
Thanks for the info. I believe the operation panel is slightly different, but will give it a try when I go in later today
Thanks for that, just noticed you'd posted it.
just need an updated version now
I have an LBP6650 at a clients and their i.t. are jumping up and down because they can't log in to it with the rui.
they said they have tried 7654321 and 1234567, plus a number of other logins which...
Does anyone have a quick parts guide for common canon pm parts in pdf or word?
Would be much appreciated
Paul
Are the sc672's you guys are getting intermittent codes or permanently displayed until resolved by replacing/reseating cable or board?
We have also been experiencing this on a number of the machines you mentioned in our area.
Can you confirm whether it's just the USB cable that needs to be replaced/rerouted, or does the USB cable...
So who is better to work for Ricoh Australia or RBC?
I did see that RBC require applicants to be permanent Australian citizens, which kinda counts me out.
I have no idea, never been there myself. I'm guessing they're quite different and Noosa is hot with great beaches. Depends what you're after I suppose
Hahaha. Maybe if there were jobs up your way I would consider it, and surely Melbourne gets voted best city in the world to live for a reason.
I'm actually from the UK, so the weather won't be a problem, am used to cold and wet.
AFL I'm not so keen on, but probably a lot more to keep me interested
Well I'm not actually a kiwi, I just live in NZ. I hear that Melbourne is a very cool city and I'm not so much a sun chaser
Hi there
I'm looking to see if there's any Ricoh Tech's from Melbourne. I have some questions and wondered if there was anyone out there that could help.
Sorry in advance if this is posted in...
