Might be a problem with front cover interlock or with Xero/Deve Drawer assy connector loose contact. It happens on to previous model similar engine with C75.

There might be a problem with black toner dispenser get stuck/clog not letting the toner to run into dev thus not detecting new toner.

Check the Option LVPS, might causing the issue. Isolate by removing options one at a time.

What might be causing black copy?

might be a problem on black drum cart bias charge roll hv contact (inboard).

nvm 741-106 if 3 change to 0. try clean edge sensor and ibt home sensor

try to reseat dimms in ess pwb for possible cause of touchscreen hang up. then reset nvm for 10-390 while front door open.

There might be problem on AC Power Unit but try to reset first the NVM (744-350=0)? not sure for this model, for fuser overheat (10-320)

try to clean TRO sensor or adjust its position so as to focus its max sensitivity on patches of ibt belt.

pretty sure its the FFC cable having problem, i've encounter this copy quality problem before, it's common to workcenter pe220.

you can order the CIS FFC cable, a flat silver cable connecting CIS and main board, and it can be carefully replaced.
