Unfortunately, I've got sad information - during last maintenance Lexmark removed old accounts, so I've lost an access to service restore tool website and ability to generate configuration files....

Missing part of MAC Address and wrong date&time set in the machine.

Are your data correct? Serial number A789* seems to be from Bizhub 367, not from Bizhub C224e.
Check the data once again, or post a photo.
