did you try the usb flash drive at Fat32??
make sure it’s a small usb drive as well normally a version 1 or 2.
Just copy the files need onto the flash drive.

no the file is to large 700-900mb big.
so either thru a third party transfer or google drive sharing.

i figured it out. the same issue happens to a 4250 hp printer, the exit guide, after fixing the issue tray lines up perfectly no false jams either.

bootloop could be several things, bad hdd, bad main board or bad screen board.
try disconnecting the hdd first see if reecovery mode ccoomes up, if it does then hdd is bad find another 320 hdd...
i agree with crowfeather, there are envelope without glue, do not get the ones with tape either those tend to come off and get stuck in the fuser, you could try the wide way of printing then again...

i found the issue, its was the clutch just right before entering the ADU, you have to remove the high cap feeder, its called VERTICAL CONVEYANCE SECTION.
theres a clutch 56AA 8201 2 PAPER FEED...
