Well I went ahead and just asked our PSI service rep. Yep, they are keyed for only PSI supplies.

It is rebranded PSI, and the supplies come in PSI boxes with PSI part numbers.
The problem is their shipping is often very slow and we have had back orders...
Does anyone have experience with this printer and envelope feed system from PSI Engineering? Wondering if the supplies - toner, drums, etc. are specific to PSI or if you can use the supplies...
Any progress on this issue? We have a few different ones doing the same thing with yellow.
Disabling sleep mode does not appear to be an option on the 4015. You can only go up to 4 hours max.
Thanks. Yes it is a Mac environment. It seems to be some sort of compatibility issue between the 4015 and OS10. The 605 that we installed as a test has been fine. Leaves us scratching our heads.
