Hello,
Are you using the KX driver ? The XPS driver will give you these types of issues.

I have a K4350 with a bad HDD. I'm in need of the recovery file if anyone can help. Thanks in advance.
This style fuser has a lubricating cloth inside the fuser sleeve that tends to bunch up and cause drag on the sleeve. Your best bet is to replace it or replace the fuser.
Are they using compatible toner ? Check to see if the cleaning unit on the transfer belt is binding. If not, see if the recycling unit is binding. I've had a couple of machines using compatible toner...
I agree with the post below. The charge rollers develop bumps on them and cause dots on the page. Hope this helps.
I agree with the other posts. Looks like the transfer belt is not cleaning properly.
Are you using the KX driver ?
Thanks for the reply. The master clamp looked ok but I will check it again.
So far so good with the 8124 machines I have in the field.
Does it jam every time ? If not, check for flat spot on sep. rollers. If it does, is the paper tray programmed to the wrong size ?
I just had 2 5002i with the same problem. Both were the recycling units binding because of hardened toner. I ended up replacing the recycling units and updating the firmware. So far So good.
I have a Ricoh Priport HQ7000 that is wrinkling the masters towards the center of the master. Any suggestions ?

Hello,
Ask me about Kyocera or Toshiba and I can help. Canon is not my strength. I'm getting a E000602-0202 code on a IRC3220.
Can anybody help ?
Thanks
