we also had the problem, in our case recurrent sporadically color shift in direction feed.
On Simulation U089, 20 Expression created, 19 OK, 1 faulty.
Solution: installl new TR-8505 TRANSFER...

i had this same problem, it was a HDD-Problem!?!?
1. Remove the Hardrive
2. Format (NTFS) on a Windows System

3. after Format clear the Partition
4. install in the Machine
5. switch on...

The pollution comes from the PULLEY FEED SHIFT (PL FIG. Ref No Exit 9 Section 19, 2C921040).
