Had the same thing last week. When I replaced the humidity sensor (behind the black drumunit) the error whent away.....I hope:rolleyes:
ive seen this a couple of times and its the pressurerollers ball bearings not in place, Just take of the sleeve again and you will see that one or both ballbearings have slipt of its holder. :cool:
SP5-191 have not help me but it doesent cost to try :)

Have had this same problem, but on mpc 4503 basicly the same machine. 2 times ended up changing the controller and one time the power supply...

Hi Try to replace the black gear that drives the guide. It looks ok but its broken inside. It cant pull when the load is to heavy. Ive had this many times. Good luck.
Clean the ITB lift sensor..and when you are finished...its time to clean the rest of the machine...all 4 pcus and rest of the ITB unit..good luck

This is a common problem with these since many years back..The lift spring back somehow gets bad so you need to replace it or shorten it so the tension get harder...good luck
