The router has been in use for a year no probs.
Have pinged and traced pinters address no problems.
Have cleaned and reseated DIMMS and also tried others from a parts machine - no result....

Xerox no longer support.

I have. They no longer support these machines and do not use the pws or have the tools for the c400.
