Never had to reset the c353. Try wireshark. The easiest way is to use a usb to ethernet adapter on a laptop, then bridge the two network adapters together. About 15~20 dollar setup that can save you...

Check for swollen caps on power supply, I've seen a couple of Dialta 3510's and bizhub 350's with caps swelled up. Should be able to see them without taking it out of the machine.

I would make sure you are using the PCL driver and not universal. See if the job is being deleted on the copier log, or confirm the print jobs are arriving at the machine via Wireshark.

Did you try typing the hostname all caps? You could also try putting local behind the hostname like this hostname.localIs DNS on local network or outside such as ISP?
