We don't care for them much. The green transfer belt seems to get messed up easily and toner is expensive, as are the belts. AND THEY ARE NOISY!!!!!!!:p

If the fuser entrance guide has a nick or is gunky it maybe catching the paper sometimes. Used to happen on the older sharps

Update on this issue! The machine was calling for a PCU at the same time, apparently the need for a PCU replacement locks up the keyboard after awhile. Replaced PCU turn off and on and bingo working...
