empty block or empty half block...
the issue is past the printhead.
it can be the flat cables not seating correctly ( which you can easily check)
or it can be electrical issue on carriage...
I will list only issues:
1. Coated media has double-feeding issues from stack bypass D1. Lot of jams.
2. Finicky P400 controller
Rest is fine.
The belts are kept in tension by springs. Did you force the springs when tightening the screws ?
I have a case with a delay jam on duplex section on a Imagepress 850.
Counter close to 2 milion.
After replacing all ((the gears + bearing + 2 belts + feed rollers)) on the duplex section...
I have had a case like that. Turned out to be the power cable.
I would replace the power cable and also try another power port.
If not than it should be the power supply.
Peace..
I have an ImagePress C750 with Staple Finisher T1 with a jam 1124 on the finisher.
Machine has approx 1.8 mill.
I have already cleaned everything and greased at the 2 arms as per a bulletin....
Hi Z
I tried for a while but the message continued. I connected the finisher back again.
The problem with the finisher is that some media, like labels or high glossy will trigger the 1124 jam....
Imagepress C750 with Finisher removed.
So just the machine running.
After a few printed jobs - the message appears: "Remove paper from output tray"
The only way around is to turn off / on the...
The real head situation in nozzle check is done from service mode.
The "nozzle check" from user mode "masks" some of the issues.
Judging from your nozzle check - Your head needs replacement.

There was a memo from Canon about updating firmware to the latest - some changes in the e-maintenance system (don't remember well)
Maybe you should check it out. That maybe explains why some...
The black D01 drum is Ok.
I have had 2 of them on almost 1 mill copies.
It is the color ones that mostly fail prematurely. And for the price they have..... pff
my thoughts:
That printer is at least 10-15 years old...
If I would revive it - it would mean at least:
1. printhead (s)
2. belt
3. some of the tubes
4. fans (like you said)
I would send you my prices - but I guess we would have similar ones ;)
There is one called "Tyvek" as in (LFM330 Oce Tyvek 75 g, 914 mm, 50 m)
But I am not sure if you can print it with the TX. You can test it though.
Cheers,
put the old parts back (dev+drum) and see what happens.
If you are getting cyan color on paper after 50-100 sheets - than machine is fine and the problem is on the new set that you are installing....
in plain words - the error means that there is no ink in the tubes (which you should have checked also by yourself)
The problem could be the tubing system or the purge unit. Theoretically could be...
If an entire block is missing - I would not invest in a 710 anymore
Go for the latest TM series.
Peace...
I know you are hoping for the sensor.... but 99 % of cases it is the head.
However get to SM and print a nozzle check. If you see a regular miss (like a block of color) than it is board + head

If you need the whole stick than yes
Roll Holder Set
RH2-33
There is not a "Right" number - as you already know :)
Usually I advice the same :
1. Keep the printer ON while in office
2. Print "smth" 2-3 times / week
Cheers
I am going to step in a bit here - just my 2 cents - since I am staying home like a bored panda.
When a head replacement message pops up (in most cases) it is due to lack of printer usage from...
There is a known issue with a plastic tube which moves the wipers inside the purge unit.
You need to replace the purge unit
If the printer is in warranty - you get it for free.
Cheers,
I would follow Canuck advise.
Also there is an "Adjustment Section" in the menu.
Try having a look at the "Angle Height Adjustment":)
As far as I remember the L36 scanner is able to scan (transfer data) to one PC.
You install the application on the PC and choose which folder do you want your data scanned and that's it.
Than if...
