There are 2 separate spots to do it, one for incoming and ine for outgoing. Outgoing works fine but incoming acts like it's not even set up, no error or anything.
I can not get this machine to forward incoming faxes to a folder, I turned on Send and Forward and it sends the outgoing ones to the folder just fine. Hopefully I am missing something someone here...

We swapped the whole unit the first time from a working machine because we didn't have the waste unit, it was the first time it happened. I am not sure on developer though so I am going to look into...
I gave up talking with them about anything a long time ago. Developer possibly might be something to look into if it happens again, we use OEM toner.
Yes we replaced both units, the one on the side and the one in the back. The one in the back of the machine is the one that has been done multiple times.

Oops, my brain got ahead of my fingers, it is a 7301. We got it to go away by taking that apart and cleaning it all out and I ordered a new one.

Ok, so we have this 7052ci that our customer ran some really thick cardstock through it in cassette one and jammed it and then ripped the paper out and left a bunch of it wadded up in the machine....
