may need a calibration , turn off box , push and hold energy saver and function buttons while turning back on , follow prompts on screen good luck

after the click you have to pull open that little door , then move the lever on the top to disengage the toner:cool:

you can also use a magnet, (from door latch) rub it on toner door till you hear a click then it will open to unlock toner

we had similar issue only with magenta , ill find out what solved it when back to shop ,

after reading few things ,I was wondering whats the oldest operating machine you still service ? we still have some pana 77s ,tosh 1350s ,min 1080s min 6000 etc.

hey , pana tech working on a (1996)? 6035 , ya thats right ,church that cant afford to update , anyway looking for parts manual ,it seems to have a bad clutch or two
