i was using oem toner cartridges previously, one day a non oem cyan cartridge insterted and the following message appear every time i on the machine. is there a way to disable the message ?53478

I have Canon IR2318. The printed paper background is not white. Tonner applied to the whole page and the background looks gray. attached here sample image.

I have changed new drum and DC blade...

Not changed the roller. just cleaned and changed the setting and it works in both plain & thick papers.

i have received a LVPS power board(part no FM1-C281-000) repaired from an agency. previously it was dead by Lightning.

Now i want to test it, whether it work properly. Is there any way to test it...

problem solved by changing the value 0 to +30 in

Copier>Adjust>HVTR>2TR.


dose it will effect any other things ?

gradation done on plain & 256 gsm paper. looks good, but printing on heavy paper not good.

i have Heavy 3 (160-220gsm) and Heavy 4 (220-256gsm) option showing in the control panel
when feeding through bypass.

there is not heavy 6 option.

secondary transfer roller is clean, but how to ensure that during printing its contact are intact ?

fuser unit isn't worn out. looking good & rotating smoothly.
what setting to be done on Heavy 3/4 paper ?

when media set to heavy3 or heavy 4, this problem occur, otherwise copy& print on normal copier paper 80gsm is very good quality.

machine installed around dec 2016

print count 13000 prints only.
