I got out to this account with the tech. After trouble shooting, the finisher power supply 24v supply was only 5v. We swapped out the power supply and the problem was resolved.

We have replaced the finisher main board. We do not get 24v at the switches. Any ideas?

We have a MXM754 that varies on density. Mostly always light. will change from light to blank to very light to light. All over the place on density. The machine has 50K copies.

I have an U2-00 error code at power up. I need to order EEPROM's and SD Card. I can't find the SD Card part #. Does anyone one know the part #?
This is a brand new install. Has not passed a copy or print after delivery. Power source cooling fan 1 trouble code. I have reinstalled the firmware, reseated the pcb connectors.
Updating the firmware seems to have taken care of it. If it returns I will try all of this. Thanks for the help.
I have a Sharp MX3110 with the display responding slowly or not at all. The only fix I have is to cycle the power. Any ideas?

Has anyone had a 503 have a FPPD1_S jam code? Tech said this switch doesn't appear on the sim list.
