Could you just get a FreeFlow server?
There must by many sitting around from machines that were scrapped for parts.
You can add memory,, it's off the shelf and inexpensive.
You can blow out the server with an air compressor. We used to do this yearly.
If the processor fan is covered with paper dust or not...
I have also had positive dealings with Adriansto over the years, and found him to be honest and helpful
I suspect that part of the misunderstanding here comes from how Xerox provides...
" .. . . I also have been getting reports on Xerox dropping the ball on service on "ALL" of their machines, not just the low end ones. . .. "

I'm curious,,
What does your Splash screen say (in terms of what you have for a machine) ?
Top Toolbar, Help, About
It was a 700
It was outside of the US,, and Xerox business practices vary by country (basically,, what they can get away with).
I helped a client last week who had an interesting problem.
Xerox refused to renew his license because they were "end of lifing" the machine.
They told him he would have to upgrade to a different...
On any FreeFlow server, open the license manager (Top toolbar, Setup, License)

I agree with Phil,, best handled with PM's.
Leave the rest of us out of it.
Xerox has had this weird relationship problem since they first started dabbling in contract service.
They started out NOT selling machines, lease only (well, you could buy one but prices were...
I experimented ten + years ago with iGen toner in a couple of 2060's. I figured out how to get the machines to run decent intervals, there were lots of new but cheap parts available as the machines...
Some of the African countries can be a hard nut to crack.
Xerox won't provide licensing nor sell parts.
It's a short sighted attitude as the business just goes to a different competitor.
OK,, this is the iGen story:
You can get a lifetime non expiring license for any FreeFlow server feeding the iGen.
It's a cheap buy, and ends your FreeFlow licensing problems forever.

Excellent and comprehensive information. Thanks.
Could you be using a monitor that is not supported ?
This sounds like you get to the point where your monitor SHOULD light up with whatever desktop the software is using. If the monitor...
The C16-352 code is a simple server - IOT failure to communicate. Normally resolved with the actions you have already taken (a connectivity issue), it can also be a low voltage failure in the...
I remember us doing some business together.
Has it been six years ???
Strictly a Fiery man now :)
Which machine (s) ?
>>>>>>> I'm sure everyone is aware of this, but it's worth pointing out anyway:
The FreeFlow server has an excellent manual embedded, which you can print out to the...
User Groups such as Nuvera, C75, iGen, Versant ?
This might focus expertise and knowledge towards a specific product.
Some information is universal across the Xerox products, but much is...
The license is unique to each server. Each server generates its own HostID , based on the MAC address of the MB
But,, licensing is not the issue that it was.
Inexpensive, fully...
Non expiring licenses are not a problem. Search the site for any number of keywords related to FreeFlow license, non-expiring license, lifetime license,, etc
Or, just search posts by my...
And remember what a PIA it was to change a simple micro switch in the cycle control ?
Now, someone needs to tell the newbies the war stories about the 36-III, and the fire in the White...
I know business is down, talking to clients. I know it is for me.
We'll be rolling out a vaccine before year's end in the US,, I suspect that it will all come back quickly in the US,, but it...
Yes, I remember.
Xerox has always gone really cheap on the FreeFlow (then DocuSP) hardware. We used to build servers with several times the capability, and sell them for a fraction of...
