When printing on stickers (thick 2) and 300 gsm (thick 4).

Tried slowing the speed of the fixer and still same , tried increasing the temp also same .

Any ideas what i could do?

Dont clean anything , just replace the drum.

Go service mode - > situation -> parts replacement -> replace drum

Only replace the cyan drum , for 500k the developing should be good, no need to...

Its a drum issue , the patches are not printed properly on the belt to be read by the sensor. Replace the cyan drum .

Dont forget to go through the replacement procedure in the service...

You can just restart the machine until the colors are well registered and dont perform the auto color mismatch . This will allow you to printing normally .

According to ur photos , since the cyan drum is on magenta now , then its a drum issue (the drum itself).

The yellow lines if not visible on the yellow prints as white lines then its a blade...

Since the specification state it takes 11x17 then it is , the parts inside this series cant print larger then A3 in width .

But for the length you can try and activate the long sheet...
