Re: Kyocera 6635cidn error code 4600

We've tried the modifications and were never successful. We just remove the augers and clean them whenever the customer gets streaks.

Re: Kyocera 3645 not grabbing an IP address.

I would try changing the NIC speed on the MFP from auto, to a fixed speed.
Iíve had to do this on a couple of occasions. Even a machine that had been there a while, that just stopped working all of...

    ECOSYS M5526cdw

The model may be slightly different for your country, but this is a smaller machine and has been much more reliable.

    Re: Kyocera FS-C2626 color deviation

These were not good units when new. If they have any type of quality issues, it throws the color registration off to the point where you need special firmware to reset it. Unless you fix the issue...

I thought the SSD was used for copying/scanning/fax memory to make it faster and the HDD was used for document storage etc ?

[Jamming] Re: Ecosys P2040 How do I print an Event Log ?

More than likely needs a fuser. There are a couple of ways to do it. Through the prescribe command on a flash drive is one. That's a little difficult if you're not tech saavy. The other way is to...

Not long at all. Should take about 10 minutes.

H159 is the bulletin number. The part numbers are 302ND04321 & 302ND29621.

    Re: kyocera 8525/255c splotches

Look for QA's E122, F162 & F178. Usually if it's the belt cleaning unit, it'll be brown. Sounds like yours is likely the DV units. F178 explains how to clean them, which seems to work pretty well.

    [Error Code] Re: Kyocera 5053ci C2840 & C6610

Color belt samples are DV units. You more than likely need a fuser for the creases. Drums are good for 600k and usually make the life.

Re: Kyocera TASKalfa 4002i - image problems

I would double check that your supply counters have been correctly reset as well.
  15. Re: 3551ci - a print error has occurred, add paper to tray 1

Which is why the 2 series forward has the slow close drawers.

    P2235dw Network Reset

So, I have some machines at a bank & we all know how tight network security is at those places. The IT has the USB ports blocked. They are getting ready for a security audit, and went in to disable...
  17. Re: 3551ci - a print error has occurred, add paper to tray 1

That's funny, I've never noticed the Mississippi on the second line of your location. I thought you were in Long Beach, CA.
  18. Re: 3551ci - a print error has occurred, add paper to tray 1

At least one drawer has to be set to auto inch. If it's set to Letter, it won't print the fax.

    Closing ? It's only 3pm there !

  20. Re: Does Kyocera make a program to quickly pull settings and transfer to new machine?

917 will only work directly from same series machines to same...

    Re: DF-7120 J6511

The rubber paddles are pretty easy to replace. Just pull the top of the finisher off and you can clip them in.
The shim I made seems to work fine. You can use foam pads that have 2 sided tape, that...

    Re: DF-7120 J6511

I agree with Nathicana. I would be surprised that the updates weren't already on a 3 series machine/finisher, unless it sat in a warehouse for a while.
You can also check the little gray rubber...

Yes, if memory is correct, the 0 series and possibly 1 series didn't have them loaded by default. The 2 and later do have them preloaded.
