    Here is some alternatives for Free CAM. Have not tried any of them.
    As long as it generates G-code then it should be good.

    Fix your admin password issue first.
    You will loose the network configuration settings, and could possibly need to set the HDD again.

    Change admin password in service mode if that is the only real issue.

    There are very little reason to ever clear the entire machine unless board changes were made or the machine was locked on...

    Had a case on a 754e where it just will not reset until i leave the machine unplugged for a couple of minuets. Then it will run for weeks then do the same.
