    Do you mean the noise as if the lifter was operating? no, it makes no noise. The only noise is from the belt operating inside the pickup assembly.

    Ive just tested the machine and heres the results:

    M1 , M2 and M9 all ok;
    SL1 and SL5 all ok;

    Then ive removed the entire Pickup Assembly and found out a snaped spring...
