    I forgot to mention that I did adjust the pins in the connector and that cleared the code but did not fix my color quality issues. What I stated before was the fix for that.

    What it ended up being was one of the grounding springs from the high voltage board that grounds the transfer belt. Somehow, it had come out of place during "normal" use by the customer....

    E7-11 MX-B476W

    Brand new machine that popped an E7-11. We cleared it before delivery to the customer. Started call with bad copy quality issues. Cleaned the glass, mirrors, lens, LED. Issue resolved for a week....
