If the ADF itself is adjusted and it's still skew then you can adjust the pressure of the white rollers in cover. Open pickup cover and loosen screw on front the adjust pressure.
on C458-C558-C658 series AirPrint needs to be activated with a license... Got one general for all machines...

If i recall correctly, you can only format SSD if HDD is set too "not installed". SSD format is availible where format HDD was...
The fusingunit for this printer as for the C3110 and C3850 series ar modified for this problem. There is an uneven pressure in fuser. Other (more thick) paper usually does not have this problem...
Looks like the 1st transfer rollers CMY don't come on pressure, could be a problem with the 1st transfer pressure clutch (CL5)...
Had this kind of problem in the past with a C253 series machine
I just tested a machine with GD1-K5 firmware and it did not have this problem...
Indeed.. could also be one of the IU's contacts being bad. Was an IU replaced before this problem occured? Maybe needs to replace again (or chip) Take out alle the IU's and check connections... See...
I just found out this bug myself yesterday... different paper size used, but all pages have the same scan area as the first page... Will report this by KM... Hope for a fix in the next...
Hi, my guess is that changing the auto colour sensitivity setting will solve your problem:
Utility -> User settings -> Machine settings -> ACS Level -> put it on 4

My guess is you stretched the separation spring too much while replacing the separation roller...
Try adjusting the Transfer Belt-Cleaning Bias first. positive +5
I had a few of these combinations in the field... Not a good one... Had too replace the FS-534 by FS-535 finishers. The speed of the paper coming into the finisher just looks too fast... the paddles...
This is a firmware issue, place K2 firmware and it should be solved.
Also tried your solution in the past, also worked in some cases...

solution:
1. Update the firmware
2. Replace PU rails of IU (MCK) : A0VD112000 (all 3 at once)
3. Replace the holder assy of the IU's :A0VD134103 (all 4 at once)
4. Check wire harness of CSIC...
