Yea we know.
The sample with the image inverted looks like its not getting any charge. Changing out used units is not recommended. Probably ok to change out temporarily.
If you find a good used unit you need to...
Ok wow reconsidering this. The image is on the bottom of the belt ain't it.
Did not think you can stop a machine at the point. Well my bad again...
Call me Mr Assumption...
If it looks like...
So get yourself a Linux box and a AF1515 from the trash somewhere or any newer machine. Set the Ricoh to use authentication and get it to print from there. Find a tutorial on using CUPS. Linux mint...
Seems like in this case the OP had no need to connect the laptop directly to the printer.
Well if you been using CUPS to get authentication and other features working with linux and Mac you learn how to modify the PPD's to your liking.
Setting up CUPS to get experience with it is well...
Silly question. Why would you want to setup your laptop as a DHCP server?
Always had weird issues if there was more than one DHCP server on a network.
Been maintaining 951 1052 and 1250 machines for a while now. We have been buying used machines for our base. Now the Pro 951 machines are getting more difficult to get hold of. Next best thing would...
At gradient 255 the color almost always looks great. Set it to around 125 then the detail will show a lot better.
Will have to disagree with you on that statement. It can't develop an entire image on the belt before transfer.
The image you got there was on the top of the belt. The transfer belt cleaning blade...
Does it have the latest and greatest firmware?
Any CFA14 or CE301 in the history?
Have you done self diagnostics on it?

Yea it would be unprofessional. But the most professional companies could not do a 2 hour response time including from 7 to 7, 7 days a week. They take me as i come. All the machines are in back...
Make sure consumables are set to no-stop in service mode.
Anything out of life?
Also try to do system error clear. Initialization could also help.
Where are you plugging in that USB drive?
Are you using the service port, the one that needs to be exposed by removing a screw and opening the shutter?
Except for the ding in the belt, both roller and belt looks ok. The picture with the image on the belt shows that the transfer is bad. Looking at that most of the image stays on the belt and does not...
Make sure the laser slit glasses are clean. Print CMYK half-tone at 127 and post that. If the lines match up on all four prints the transfer belt could be toast. The transfer belts can fail way...
These days running in shorts, tee shirts, slip on sneakers and a hat(a bit thin on top). Being able to be this comfortable is awesome.
Used it on a Press 1250 for pre-printed forms with variable data, customers software did all of it. Think i had to enable something along the way.
So I think it is native to that model.
Don't think i should go all the way thru there. Think it stops there to get stapled and then reverse back again.
Sorry sir apologies for some confusion. Tried to say take a pic/video of the jammed paper.
of the physical
Will have a good look at the transfer roller in the path and the belt. Take those out and take a pic of both the roller and the transfer belt. Its not the laser. You can see the void valleys from the...
Or if he had good rep here.
