Have you checked the screw on the drum flange on the rear of the machine that connects the Flywheel to the drum shaft. it sometimes falls out?

When I do a developer change I clean the mag roller with scotch brite. If it starts dusting before 200k I replace the developer unit.

Try this remove the drum unit.Pull on the grounding spring on the rear of the drum unit to extend it a little.Then clean the frame where the spring contacts the frame,

I never let the separation roller go past 300k.
