    Replace the fuser yesterday. I forgot how easy it comes out. Its a heavy unit. Its a shame it does not do what it was intended for. Its an easy machine to work on that much I can testify to.

    15watt laser could fuser toner through a film sleeve? And would have no warmup time at all and yea 15watt!! It will scan like a PH.

    There is a pressure adjustment that has like 3 settings or continuous on some you can play with too. The sheet metal in that area can bend, that will give you endless hell.

    I am independent and get them ex-lease. Then ones I can claim for are for companies I do freelance calls for. That is on there contract machines.
    The 2540 machines I can get for cheap but no good...

    Thank you if it only that than it should be ok. I am used to those brother 8880 DN style machine(aka bizhub B20) for A4 and those are awesome. You forget that it uses a fuser... Sure I had machines...

    It could be that the side door is out of alignment. Check there are marks close to the hinges that should line up or be adjusted if needed.
    Are you getting J2002 J3003 or J9XXX jams in the jam...

    Used to use a drop trailer that will drop to ground level. The A-frame with the hitch on acts as a leverage arm to lift or to drop it.

    Something like the image but different in design.

    I have had the idea to use old scaffolding planks and metal droppers. 8 droppers to for one box. Two droppers on each of the four sided. The soil will push from the inside to keep it constructed....
