Re: looking for opinion on RICOH GREENLINE UNITS

I prefer to do perform refurb jobs "inhouse" since we swap MFPs all the times so we got our own 2nd hand pool - our workload situation varies a lot so this is something your employees can perform...

Re: Anyone here play Fallout 76 on PS4 or PC?

Fully agree, the main mission was quite "average" and 90% side quests were just mostly stupid errand runs.

Havent bothered with F76 so far. Currently I'm playing Borderlands 3 with a friend of...

Re: Tracking/Spotting on heavy stock- MP C3503

216g should work fine but the paper surface or some soat of coating/finishing might just not work. If a decent temp raise doesn't do the trick I would recommend the customer to get some samples from...

Re: Konica Minolta C308 - Cyan issue

I don't know why but cyan devs fails the most.

Better replace the DV unit and drum as a set (in case the drum is near/end of yield). A faulty drum can lead to draining the dev, too. We also had dv...
  8. Re: Service and Parts manual jump drive part number.

Some years ago there was an "offline" tool available wich was basicly a custom NAS drive containing all documentation and keeping itself up to date. Unfortunately it's discontinued so one of our guys...

Re: MP 9001 browse network error

I guess not, afaik Ricoh Europe doesn't release them. A few years ago I was tempted to ask around for firmware in order to restore SMB function for many units out in the field. Finally I didn't asked...

Re: MP 9001 browse network error

Nothing straightforward idea-wise... Check if the MFPs run and support the required SMB version. Perhaps the other ricohs are newer models running on SMB V3 - I'm not shure wich version the MPC9001...

OK, so the SMTP server refuses the connection, pretty odd.
    Any fancy port/encryption configuration needed?

Did you get a connection or authentification error?

Does the account work if you test it at some other site, like your workshop?

  18. Re: Japan sets Internet speed Record (319 Terabits per second)

I have a gigabit connection at home - real speed is around 80-90mb/s.

It's nice if you install a 80GB+ game like GTA V within 15 minutes but beside that it's kind of an overkill :D

[Error Code] Re: Aficio MP C305 SF Error J017

Is it croocked because of pulling out the tray? After a jam it makes more sense to open the right door and take a look from that perspective.

I'm not much fa miliar with kyo but I know for some models it makes more sense to buy a complete MK kit wich includes more PM parts and isn't much more pricey compared to buying just the FK/DK.....

Is it moisture? If it can be removed I guess it wouldn't make much sense to swap the glass.

Leave the HDD unplugged and once you're at it, unplug faxoption, too (in case there is one) and re-seat the RAM module and see if it comes up.
  24. [Error Code] Re: Ethernet error + SC672-11 with new NVRAM on Ricoh MPC3003

HV board is possible, perhaps faulty or not seated properly.

Does it dump all colurs or just one?
