Have you tried sending email to various different addresses? will it send OK to any domain ?

Yes you will need to reload the system software (firmware) using the service support tool (SST) onto the new HDD.

You say you replaced a new OPC drum, do you mean you fitted a genuine Ricoh PCU ? or just the OPC drum cylinder ?

To prevent colour copying you can hide the colour option with SW 71 HEX 02
