    i didnt pull the reg guide out as i ran paper towels in the opening to the roller and felt nothing rough..
    I thought maybe the transfer roller metal saw tooth might be off but it too looks...

    I restarted it a few times and no change.

    I have found these ITB units and the spc430 units to run and run.
    Thats just what i see.

    I cant tell if the sample is b/w or color but i usually set a machine up to do single colors via service mode and
    would try a yellow copy and see if the issues stays or leaves. did u pull the K drum...

    thanks to be honest i found very little info in the manual i had.
    And the contact motor unit "I think" the sensor is enclosed the housing and
    cant be accessed unless you take it all apart.

    After swapping out it still coded sc442 so i pulled ITB unit and removed cleaning unit and
    tested again,no good,

    I went and belt is fine but ITB does not try to cycle.
    I pulled controller and removed the ITB drive motor and sensor,cleaned sensor and
    STILL sc 442..
    I cleaned the one sensor on OP side of ITB...

    i am hoping the belt is good but i guess if its torn i might see this code..
    I havent cleaned this unit in over a year so it could be toner dirty sensor..
