Ricoh MP C5502 Service + Parts

    Hey all,

Well its been a few years since I've posted here but considering Ricoh won't get back to me I'm going to take a long shot in the dark here and hope you wonderful people are able to help me out once again.

Before you ask, I am certified by Ricoh, I have completed several in-class courses as well as completed all their online modules for all machines up to the Cxx03 models. I stopped working for the copier company about 3-4 years ago now and I currently work for myself doing whatever it is that my clients require me to do.

My current client was looking for a full-size MFP due to their printing demands but were unable to justify the costs going through most suppliers. Luckily enough for them I came across an Aficio MP C5502 at an auction and bought it all including the finisher for a steal of a price. (I could replace all components and it would still be cheaper then getting one on a contract.)

What I need are both the service and parts manuals for the C5502, and if someone could even point me in the direction where I could find the updated firmware for the machine as well that would also be grand.

I am still waiting to hear from Ricoh if they will grant me access again even though I do not work for the copier company, so I can ensure my clients copier runs problem free for them, but I am not holding my breath waiting for them to reply.

If you could either reply back to this thread or contact me at rheyland@hotmail.ca with a means to acquire the manuals and/or firmware both myself and my client would be eternally grateful.

Thanks all and have a great day.
