Hi folks. Turns out I have the first release (July 30 2001) of the Service Manual which doesn't cover all aspects of the printer.
Any help tracking down a newer version would be most appreciated.

If you don't have software to handle a RAR file, pm me with your email address.
Thanks. Got it open fine. There are differences, for sure. Thanks for the heads up.
I checked the results for the Process Control Self Check and it returned 1111. It apparently does a check to see if the sensors are working and didn't flag them as an error.
Is it possible the Y developer drive motor has gone askew? I ask because that is the one that was ceased (grunting) and it's the one color that is way off on the alignment so something might have slipped when it was trying. Being out of factory alignment is a thought?
If the sensors went they could have popped when I fired it up from storage. They can short if there is condensation, which is likely after a long time in hibernation. Other than that, it prints black fine so that's what it's going to be doing. I double checked the image density and it's fine in all colors.
