HP Officejet x585 SM needed

Hallo everyone

I'm in need of a Hp Officejet x585 service manual so i may understand some issues I'm having with some costumers. after the canon HP deal whe got like 100 of those equipments but HP left us hanfs empty in matter Manuals. Could someone out there give us a hand?

WOW, well thats sort of expected since even HP didnt wanted to suply us with that sort of material, but i presume a tech menu exists or maybe a error reset, i have in Moment three of them sking for a code to erase an error, anyone of you know someting about it?

I have had good results by searching the error message on ink jet printers. Also. try the operators guide trouble shooting.
