    sharp mx-m264 u2-91

    hi all
    i have one sharp mx-m264 give me an error U2-91
    i cant enter the service mode ???
    what can i do to reset the code

    Page 178 in SM says you should be able to reset with sim 16.

    you need to be in copy mode to be able to enter sim/service mode on most sharp mfp,
