MX-M363N Password Reset

I've been able to reset passwords on other models through a small dip-switch in the back on the nic board. I tried the two dipswitches above the USB port, and only one works, with it booting to the CN update.
This machine has DSK installed. Please help.

I think you are SOL. Normally, it is Sim 24-30, but with a DSK kit there is no Sim 24-30. Being able to change the password with a DSK kit, may defeat the purpose of having a DSK kit.

Good God. It reset the counters to 0, but it's better than it being bricked. Ty anyway.

I assumed 88-8 was a simulation code, but I don't have those options. I have DSK kit, but from this thread, it sounded like it was possible to reset the admin password.

yes you can reset it. It is a pain in the you know what. basically you have to wipe the hard drive completely out of the machine...using a pc and diskpart with cle command. then reinstall hard disk and bring machine back up from dead state using em update and reinstall all firmware, water mark and emanual. That will get it back to default. You will have to set the machine up though, as all settings and address book etc will be lost.
