    Sharp AR-M350

Have a machine where the PM Cycle comes up at 50k rather than 100k. Went into settings to change the numbers but it would not take. Any suggestions?

    '0' or '4'?

I am assuming that you're in simulation 21-1. Does it revert back to '2' after you exit simulation? Which are you setting it to, '0' for the default or '4' for 100k? Typically these machines come from the factory set to '0' for the default = 100k. If the '4' setting is not holding, try '0' or vice versa. =^..^=
If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
    1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
    2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
    3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
    4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
    5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.

    Hi

The first AR-M350 that came out the default PM was at 50k. You need to get the latest firmware to change it to 100k.
