    MX-M450N - Network missing?

Just as title shows. 22-6 shows dashes where NIC is listed. NIC lights and blinks when connected to cable. Network settings is missing from Administrator settings.

    Any ideas?

Updated machine to latest firmware. NIC shows up on 22-6 and network settings show up in Administrator. Machine will not pull DHCP and when set static does not respond. Will try doing system settings reset to default and format off hdd. Any other ideas?

Edit: Reset to factory default caused Network Settings to disappear from Administrator Settings. Re-doing firmware did not bring back settings.

Reset to factory default does remove all prior settings, you then have to reset network settings as if it were a new machine, also any settings the customer has made such as in the address book.

Were able to get the machine working correctly by re-seating connections in the machine.
