    Angry MX-M365N & U2-91 Code

We have this unit In a customers office it is throwing this code every few days

We reset it several times then brought it into the office with the intent of replacing EEPROMS

In a month and a half it never threw a code The loaner an identical machine except that it had no inner finisher never threw a code in customers office

Took it back to customer within a week it started throwing the same code again every few days.

Known issue on this model. Ensure unit has firmware version 3.1
