It is right to set SIM 21-1 A and B to 999K.
But the PM counter counts downwards, not upwards.
Even if you set SIM 21-1 A and B to 999K, the PM counter will count down from 150K.
It is only when you zero the PM counter for a part that it will start counting down from 999K.
So from today all our brand new SHARP machines will be set to 999K in SIM 21-1 A and B, then zero all PM parts in SIM 24-4.
However, the question is whether it is good to zero developer in SIM 24-5 ... Must check out so there will be no fault in this.
On our older machines that are already out at the customer we simply have to set 999K and realize that it is first when we zero the PM parts when replacing the part which they will start counting down from 999K.
