    MX3061 noisy fan

I went to a 2 week old MX3061 today after the customer complained of it being noisy, it turns out that the fan keeps running for a minute or two after it’s finished a job and they don’t like the hum of the fan. If it was a bigger noisier office I don’t think they would notice. I’ve set the power save for 1 minute to keep them happy for the time being and said I would check whether there were any settings or dip switch changes I could do to limit the time the fan stays on for? Any ideas anyone?

It would depend on which fan(s) you are talking about, they provide required cooling and/or air flow.

It's the PSFM Power cooling fan motor which is running on and on for some reason, irs a normal office, not hot in there and the machine is simply against a brick wall, normal ventilation. seems odd.
