no output tray is allowed sharp

Morning all, I have this message on a Sharp MX-C 301w, the machine will not print or copy, any ideas ?

Can you do a 22-6, and have the report print and exit?

Paper settings????? Make sure paper set to plain and try.

Heavy Paper 1 and offset may cause an issue

I'd check the paper tray settings. Via the web page, check System Settings->Paper Tray Settings and check the Feeding Approved Job Setting there.

It's possible that none of the trays are allowed to print out whatever you are trying to print. We've had this with faxes, where none of the trays was set to allow faxes to print.
