    Download HDD Raw Copy

With a good card in reader, create an image of the card, once done, you can move the image to a blank card, Do not format new card when you first insert. Won't damage card, just a waste of time

The Target should be your blank card. It is just saying if anything is on that card it will be overwritten. Source should be the good card.

Thanks but I mean the initial copying of good sd to target....don’t you need to copy good one first in order to transfer?

My laptop does not have a sd card slot so I bought two usb to sd adapters. So I plug both into my usb ports. I put the good sd card in one and the blank in the other. The usb drive with the good card I make the source and the drive with the blank the tatget. It is quicker that way because it eliminates a step and reads the good one and copys the blank at the same time.

I would say no. I am old school as far as computers, not sure how to error check. I use a sd card from a working machine. Have not run into any problems so far.
