Sharp 5623N L4-1 error

Hello,

We got an Sharp 5623N that we change the dev unit, installet new one and pop up L4 -1 error in random order( after 5 copies ,10 or even 30 copies).

Sim 25-1 motor runs fine , plugs fine.

Any idea what we should check?

L4-01 says it's a main motor error. It may need a new main motor, or check the loads on any of the components that turn. There could be some binding that the machine isn't happy about.

Maybe a cleaning blade flipped and is causing drag.

I opened the fuser and found some plastics peaces inside , I checked the Drum unit also turns fine, developer to, problem still exist .I don't have motor or board to test.

The odd thing is that the error cames first and after 2-3 sec the motor stops.
