SHARP Thread - Sweden

We're gonna compile a couple of issues we've had here in Sweden that might not be the most common problems. If you have any questions. Please take them through personal messages.

Phoenix/Griffin-Serie (3050, 4070, 5070 etc.)


Error: F2-64 - F2-67.

Printer empties developer, shoots out toner cart and gives error code.
If DV, DV-cart change doesn't fix the issue.
Change: Photo Sensor [VHPLG2A13NL-1] & Middle Toner Hopper Unit [CBOX-0223FC31]

Error: MFP Doesn't boot, LED Blinks, DF Scan doesn't work.

Check: Paper clips have been an issue, falling down on the DSPF Control PWB when the paper clip hasn't been removed before scanning and causing a short circuit.
Solution: Removing the paper clip might work, or else the Control PWB has to be changed.

Error: C4-20

If PTC-Unit doesn't fix the issue.
Change: PTC Outer Holder [LHLDZ2540FCZ2]

Error: Squeaking Noise

Try: Lubricate 1st Drive Coupling on Belt & Cog Wheel inside MFP

---------------------------------------------------------------------------

Error: MFP Keeps Rebooting, Doesn't Start.

Try: Emergency Firmware Update.
