Is it possible to have SMBv2 on a MX-3100N. Currently using SMBv1 with a couple systems, but the company now is requiring SMBv1 be disabled. I tried a few ideas as seen online but none seem to work with the port 445 method.

I think you are going to have to upgrade the firmware.
I'm not 100% sure about the 3100's, but I know on the 402's there are 2 different firmware files. One for the Data Security Kit installed, and one without.... and if you try loading the wrong one you'll get a mismatch error.
I'm in a similar boat....we just got acquired too.
No SMB v2 for the MX2600/3100
Only SMB 1

All other devices that support scan to network folder support SMBv1 only.
