    I had the same problem on a MX-M3071 , there is no maintenance code it say " (maintenance : )"

    I solved it by firmware update

    You should never reset the drum or developer counters without changing parts. The machine uses them for its process control (to determine amounts of toner, voltages, etc) and you'll often get seemingly-unrelated trouble codes as a result, which can easily lead you down a rabbit hole of expensive unnecessary parts replacements.
