    Are there extra blank pages or is there print missing on them?

    Could be you just have a paper tray that is double feeding sometimes.

    According to the customer the pages are not extra, just blank. I will be going by there tomorrow or Monday and I will test your hypothesis. You know how it is taking what the customer says with a grain of salt. LOL
